Women's Unarmed Self-Defense Class

About the class:

Every woman should take this class!  Women out and abou in the community and work place as well as young ladies in high school, heading to college or already in college are particularly vulnerable to being attacked or taken advantage of. We cover situational awareness and mindset.  We discuss real situations and how you can avoid them, but most of all, if you can't avoid them, how to stop them. We teach basic blocks and strikes, how to get out of different choke holds, and how to get up off of the ground if pinned down. This is a very robust class and ends with our lead instructor in pads where theparticipants can actually take everything they learned and strike Sal at full speed. After this class, you WILL be able to say, "Wrong Woman, Wrong Day!"

About our lead instructor:

Major Sal Buzzurro, US Army Ret., PhD.

Sal was a Ranger in the US Army for 22 years. He retired as a Major. He was an Army hand to hand combat instructor. He is practioner of Krav Maga and a Third Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Karate. Ever since he retired from the Army, he has been teaching women how to defend themselves.
